Trey Finley

Trey Finley helps leaders ask the right questions for their organization and their personal lives. Through collaboration and coaching, both with groups and one on one, he wants you to thrive as a person, a leader, and an organization.

Trey has been coaching leaders and potential leaders throughout his career in not-for-profits.

Trey has worked with adults in educational and volunteer settings several years. His extensive knowledge of what makes people tick, no matter their age, allows him to create environments that engage adults.

Trey has an uncommon ability to use conversation and question asking as learning techniques as well as incorporating multiple learning styles into training and teaching.

Trey has received Master's Degrees in both Divinity and Christian Education, equipping him with a holistic approach to life and work. Currently, Trey is pursuing his ICF accreditation through the UT-Dallas Executive Coaching Program.

Trey married Marla, his best friend, in 2000. They live in the Dallas area. He has two of the best teachers in the world, his preschool-aged sons.
